S'appuyant sur de nombreux rappels historiques et sur une connaissance intime de l'uvre du Prophte, son auteur bouleverse les ides reues qui tendent prsenter l'islam comme une religion intrinsquement totalitaire et intolrante. ses yeux, " Dieu voulait que l'islam ft une religion, mais les hommes ont voulu en faire une politique ". Analysant la difficult des musulmans distinguer ces deux niveaux - le religieux et le politique -, il montre la ncessit de retrouver la distinction originelle entre la Loi divine - la shar'a - et le droit des hommes - le fiqh. Contre toutes les vellits actuelles, gyptiennes ou autres, d'islamisation du droit, Muhammad Sad AI-Ashmawy se fit l'avocat d'un " authentique fondamentalisme " qui se veut la fois rationaliste, dans sa rflexion juridique et politique, et spiritualiste, dans sa dimension morale et religieuse. Et il montre qu'il est possible de conjuguer islam et dmocratie, shar'a et pluralisme. Every fly alive at the last raid will tell you how the King Jabi-Jabi used to dangle for food back then. He used to parade the four corners of Ojanla before the first crow in the morning. He was the one and only MC, big Kahuna the magnificent. Since the last raid, something bad has happened in Ojanla. To say the least, complacency has taken over Ojanla. As far as Jabi-Jabi is concerned, even though young flies should claim the blame, at the same time, the old also should feel the pain. If nothing is done about it, then, the beginning of the end has reared its ugly head in Ojanla (the big market). Therefore, it is time to create a reality check list.
